Can I pick up my order?

No. I do not have a storefront or a warehouse. If I have an upcoming event that you plan on going to in Seattle, however, you can request to do pickup there and I will refund the shipping.

Can I combine my orders?

If you can please order everything you want to order in one order, it can be confusing for me to combine orders.

If do need to combine orders you must email me with the orders you need combined. Both orders must be placed within the same day and you must email me that day about combining orders. No exceptions. Thank you!

I put in the wrong address, can I change it?

Please message me right away. If I have already shipped out the package, I’m sorry but there is nothing I can do. If you need a package resent because of an incorrect address you will need to pay for the shipping again or the order if it got lost.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders take 1-3 weeks to ship. I cannot do rush orders. If your order still hasn’t shipped three weeks after you have ordered you can email me and I will check it out. If it hasn’t been three weeks please do not email me asking when your order will be shipped out. I am just one person and I am going as fast as I can :-)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Untracked Stamp mail to US destinations typically takes 1-2 weeks to arrive, while Standard USPS Tracked Mail to US destinations typically takes 5-7 days. For destinations outside of the US, untracked and tracked mail can take 1-2 months to arrive. Please be aware that delays are common, especially with untracked mail. Stickers only mail is shipped untracked by default but if you need it quicker consider purchasing a tracked shipping upgrade in my shop.

The order I was sent was wrong, what do I do?

I’m a one women business so it does happen, and I do apologize! Please email me! I will send you the right items asap!

I think my package got lost, what do I do?

Please wait at least a month for domestic orders and two months for international orders before messaging about a lost order. Sometimes the postal service is just a little delayed. During this time you can also call the post office directly to try to locate your package. If your package has still not arrived after 1-2 months, I can offer you a refund or send the package out a second time, if the items you ordered are still in stock. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds if your package was stolen after it was delivered. I also do not offer refunds for Untracked Mail (Sticker only orders).

My package was marked as delivered in the tracking but it wasn’t actually delivered, what do I do?

Please wait at around 2-3 days–this is a common issue with USPS where they accidentally scan a package as delivered when they actually haven’t. If it still hasn’t arrived after 2-3 days, I really appreciate it if you call or visit your local post office to follow up, ask neighbors if you think it could have been accidentally delivered to them or file a police report if you think it was stolen. The post office is often helpful when it comes to locating your package. If it still hasn’t arrived I can resend it or give you a refund.

My package was returned to the sender, what do I do?

If your package was returned due to an incorrect address, the recipient refusing the package, the recipient not being there to receive the package or the post office not being able to access your address, you will need to pay the shipping cost to resend it again. If you would like a refund instead, you will only be refunded for the cost of the product not the shipping. If there are extenuating circumstances please email me with an explanation of why the package was returned.

What countries do you ship to/Can you ship to my country?

I currently ship to the US, UK, Canada, Japan, Thailand, South Korea, Hong Kong,Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Australia. For all EU/elsewhere orders, please visit my Etsy. I can only send letter mail (stickers and small prints) there due to GPSR (and also because of packages frequently getting lost). What is on my Etsy is what I can ship there and I will not be adding anything else from my main shop there, sorry! No, I cannot open my main shop to EU/UK either.

I am located outside of the US, will I pay custom fees for my package?

Custom fees are not pre-paid. You are responsible for any custom fees that may be charged upon arrival of your package into your country. Please be aware that these fees can be expensive depending on the country, and may even exceed the cost of the package itself. I do not offer refunds if you decide you do not want to pay these fees.

Do you do commissions/freelance?

I take on commissions/freelance work on a case by case basis, so please reach out! Unfortunately, I cannot do personal commissions at this time.

I am especially interested in working with musicians and with publications!

Can I tattoo your work?

Please purchase a tattoo ticket from my shop if you are interested in getting my work tattooed! (Also pls send me the final tattoo too :-))

Will you restock ____ ?

Here’s a little rundown of what I restock:

Handmade Jewelry/accessories: I unfortunately do not restock any of my handmade items

Everything else: I do restock my “popular” items. Typically, I consider “popular” items to be those that sell out within the span of 1-2 shop updates. If it takes longer than that to sell out, I will probably not restock it
